Photo Contest Entry Form 

Annual Auglaize Township Historical Society

“Photo Contest”

Open to: Students & Adults

Three age classes:

Grades K-6 / Grades 7-12 / Adults

Open to Black & White or Color Photos

Open to Film or Digital Photos

Photos will be accepted in two categories: 

Images of a Pig or Pigs or images of a Flag or Flags

***The two categories should NOT Be Mixed in One Photo***

Photo Prints MUST be presented in 8”x10” format and placed in a clear document or photo protector and be accompanied by a completed entry form containing the Photographers Name, address, phone number and appropriate age class.  The type of Camera used to take the photo must be on the entry form.  A title for the image must be on the entry form. 

All Photos MUST have been taken by the photographer listed on the entry form.  The entered photo must have been taken between June 15, 2010 to June 9^th, 2011.

NO PHOTOSHOP or Other Digital Image Productions allowed.

Photos and entry forms must be turned in Not Later Than

6:00 PM Friday June 10^th, 2011 to the Historical Society Building on Main St. in Harrod. (The old Bank Bldg.)

Judging will begin after all entries are logged in and will continue through Saturday morning the 11^th.  Winners will be announced on stage, Saturday the 11^th before the raffle drawings.

 Cash prizes will be awarded for 1^st place, 2^nd place and 3^rd place in all three age classes. 1^st place - $25.00 - 2^nd place - $15.00 - 3^rd place - $10.00

Winning photos will be on display throughout the following year at the Historical Society Building in Harrod.
